Important information!! *BREAKING; Police ban officers from demanding Customs papers, tinted permit* Important Information from Nigeria Police: No police man should demand your Customs Papers. No! Except they are on joint operation with Nigerian Customs, but not just on mere routine checks.  And for now, the Nigeria Police has suspended issuance of tinted glass permits, and subsequently communicated their men to not disturb Nigerian motorists on this. They are to stop any vehicle with tints, search vehicles and its occupants, but not to delay them on account of not having tinted glass permits.  Kindly report any officer or group of policemen, for questioning and disciplinary actions, if you are so delayed on account of tinted glass permit. On what you need to tender to the police on demand at any check point or on routine patrol, it's just your vehicle licence, drivers licence, and certificate of insurance, especially for private car owners. Phone numbers to call are 08057000001
