Alimosho Scorecard – Week 1: Oluomo Kafata Emerges as the Best Performing Council Chairman.
In the very first week following the swearing-in and assumption of office of the new Local Government Council Chairmen in Alimosho LGA, one name stands out boldly — Hon. Prince Idris Balogun, fondly known as Oluomo Kafata.
Without fear or favor, it is clear that Oluomo Kafata has demonstrated both youthfulness and usefulness — a blend of energy and dedication that proves he understands what grassroots leadership entails. His early steps reflect a bold and passionate commitment to take the dividends of democracy directly to the people.
Although full-scale project execution is yet to commence, Oluomo Kafata has hit the ground running. Unlike some who merely adopt the popular title of "TALK AND DO," he has embodied it. He is not confined to the comfort of his office but is actively engaging with the community, WALKING THE TALK, and playing the grassroots leadership game as a true field marshal.
As the youngest council chairman in Alimosho, he is already setting a remarkable pace in the political space of Alimosho Federal Constituency. This recognition is not rooted in favoritism. Unarguably it is the uprooting of facts VISIBLE AND AUDIBLE— and it should serve as a challenge to his peers. The days of bench-warming are over. We are watching closely.
In this new dispensation, we will COMMEND WHERE COMMENDATION IS DUE and CONSTRUCTIVELY CRITICIZE and CONDEMN where necessary. Applause must go to whom it is due, regardless of personal sentiments or affiliations.
This platform will continue to hold all elected officials ACCOUNTABLE and RESPONSIBLE for their actions and inactions. The scorecard has begun, and all eyes are now on every chairman across the six councils of Alimosho LGA.
Meanwhile, VICE CHAIRMEN, LEADERS OF LEGISLATIVE ARM, SUPERVISORY COUNCILORS, etc will not be left out in MARKING or MARRING YOUR ACTIVITIES .
BEWARE!!! NO MORE BUSINESS AS USUAL.
Let the work speak louder than words.
Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Olawale Seriki,
Ag. National Speaker,
Alimosho Youth Assembly.
