Dear Soul Maker, we come before you today to give thanks for the gift of democracy and its universal values of freedom, equality, and justice. Help us to embrace these values in our own lives and to work towards building a world where all people can enjoy them. ASE!


Welcome and Introduction:

Good morning, everyone! I am Capt. Amb. Ibrahim Olawale Seriki from the Soul Maker Ministry, and it is an honor and privilege to be speaking with you today on this special occasion. Democracy Day is a celebration of our nation's commitment to democratic values, but it is also a reminder that these values are universal and belong to all people, regardless of their race, religion, or nationality.


The Universal Values of Democracy:

Democracy is not just a form of government, but a way of life. It is based on the belief that all people are created equal and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. It is built on the values of freedom, equality, and justice, which are universal and apply to all people, regardless of their background or circumstances.


The Power of Democracy:

Democracy has the power to transform lives and societies. It gives people a voice and empowers them to participate in shaping their own destiny. It promotes accountability, transparency, and good governance. It fosters economic growth, social progress, and human development.


The Challenge of Our Time:
